- Flight # 123 - Depart Toronto ( July 18, 2008 ) – 6.00 p.m. – arrive Amsterdam 6.45 a.m. ( July 19, 2008 )
- Flight # 1234 – Depart Amsterdam ( July 19, 2008 ) - 9.50 a.m. – arrive Copenhagen 12.10 p.m. ( July 19, 2008 ) Return
- Flight # 4321 – Depart Copenhagen ( July 29, 2008 ) – 10.20 a.m. – arrive Amsterdam 11.55 a.m.
- Flight # 321 – Depart Amsterdam ( July 31, 2008 ) 2.20 p.m. – arrive Toronto 3.50 p.m. ( July 31, 2008 )
Note: – times might vary depending on finalization of return trip
July 19, 2008 – train – Departs Copenhagen Airport to Hjorring – 1.10 p.m. .. Pick-up at Hjorring Rail Station and transportation to accommodations.

Total group - ‘Dana Cup Town’ – 4 person cabins located at North end of main complex – includes 3 meals a day at Dana Cup Tents (note – 8 cabins share one extra separate ‘cabin’ which has shower and toilet facilities – male and female sides)
Dana Cup Tournament week
July 20, 2008 – Team registration and team training by Fortuna Hjorring
July 21, 2008 – Team training by Fortuna Hjorring and Opening Ceremonies
July 22, 2008 – Round Robin games, Team Leaders Party, Tournament activities
July 23-25, 2008 – Round Robin, Playoff games and Tournament activities
July 26, 2008 – Final Game
Choice
Following Final Game: Return trip
Either 1 night in Copenhagen with 2 nights in Amsterdam or vice versa)
- July 27, 2008 – Depart by Coach with overnight stay in Copenhagen
- July 29, 2008 – Sightseeing – Tivoli Gardens etc.. Evening flight to Amsterdam – overnight in Amsterdam
- July 30, 2008 – Sightseeing in Amsterdam (Canal cruise etc.)
- July 31, 2008 – Sightseeing. Return flight to Toronto
Whilst at Dana Cup, Hjorring, the services of Tournament Time Agent, will be available to the team July 19 – 27, 2008
Please ensure all persons traveling have current, valid, proper and
adequate travel documents. Please ensure that a child traveling without
a parent has appropriate notarized authorization. Out of Country medical
insurance is highly recommended. |
